Commonly known by the not-too-descriptive name of "Creeping Philodendron", it also goes by many other names including: Scindapsus decursiva, Monstera decursiva, Pothos decursiva, Philodendron decursiva, Rhaphidophoa affinis and Raphidiphora insignis. It features dark green, shiny leaves which show off deep, alternating fringes.
- Bright indirect light will help this beauty grow and shine! While it can handle lower light levels, its growth will slow. It can handle around 2 hours of direct light, however please be aware that there is a chance that the leaves may become sunbunt.
- Water when the top 2" of potting mix dry out before watering fully. Always ensure that any excess water is able to drain away.
- When grown indoors, this plant tends to grow to be around 5 feet tall. In the wild they can grow up to 50 feet in height!
- Give this plant access to a moss/climbing pole, or a trellis to help its growth.
