Have a heart! This is the single-leaf variety of the beloved Hoya Kerri. As this plant does not normally include a "node",  this plant will stay petite for its entire life. This means that it's perfect for small, decorative pots as you won't have to worry about repotting it all the time!

The Hoya is absolutely alive, and will bring a smile to the face of anyone lucky to receive it. Incredibly easy to care for, and easier to love :)

Water: During warmer months, allow top half of soil to dry out between heavy waterings. Allow soil to completely dry out between waterings in the winter. Do not allow plant to sit in water for prolonged periods of time, as this may lead to rot.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. While it can survive in lower light levels, you may notice pale leaves and stunted growth.

Soil: Does best in a well draining, tropical potting soil. One containing bark, moss, and vermiculite is ideal.

Humidity: Like all hoyas, they can tolerate lower levels of humidity, but best results are seen in higher humidity. Mist often, or keep on a pebble tray or near a humidifier.

Fertilizer: Fertilize once a month using a dilute solution of liquid houseplant fertilizer. Do not fertilize in winter.

NOTE: Every single plant is unique. The plant you receive will be around this size/condition, however the leaf size, leaf number, and level of variegation will vary from plant to plant. Should there be any concern about potential differences, please ask for a photo of the particular plant you would receive prior to it being shipped, or made available for delivery/pickup.
