The Lipstick Plant is a beautiful indoor plant, perfect for hanging baskets! It has soft-looking, powdery-green-coloured leaves, and when in bloom, its buds will peek out of dark-coloured tubes like tiny tubes of lipstick (hence their common name).

Soil: A fertile, well draining potting mix is best for these plants. A mix of peat, bark, and perlite is best.
Humidity: These plants thrive in high humidity. Use a pebble tray or mist often to keep him happy.
Fertilizer: Use a dilute solution of water soluble houseplant fertilizer every 2 weeks throughout growing season. Do not fertilize over winter months.
