Also known as a Monstera Deliciosa (these came to us labeled as Philodendron Splitleaf) is interesting since it only develops the trademark splits/fenestrations in its leaves once the plant matures, and so long as the plant receives adequate light.
Water: Water once top 1 inch of potting medium is dry to touch. As always, allow excess water to drain. Water less in winter,
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight.
Soil: Use a well draining potting soil. A mix of peat, bark, sphagnum moss, and perlite is ideal.
Humidity: Prefers higher humidity. Keep near humidifier, on a pebble tray, or mist often.
Fertilizer: Fertilize once a month through out growing season using a water soluble houseplant fertilizer.
