A neat-looking Philodendron which features fuzzy stems, covered in reddish hairs (which are botanically known as "pubescence"!
Water: Water once top 1-2 inches of potting medium is dry to touch. As always, allow excess water to drain. Water less in winter,
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight.
Soil: This philo loves aeration, and will do best in a chunky, well draining potting mix.
Humidity: Prefers higher humidity. Keep near humidifier, on a pebble tray, or mist often.
Fertilizer: Fertilize once a month through out growing season using a water soluble houseplant fertilizer.
NOTE: These are called "Small" for a reason! Their stems aren't as long as those which sell at higher prices, and their leaves are smaller (though they tend to have more of them). Please note that all plants are unique, and the plant you receive may have a different number of leaves, the leaves may be different sizes, and the stem length may differ as well.
