A beautiful trailing plant, the String of Hearts offer soft green heart-shaped leaves which are splashed with white and pink variegation. Its full scientific name is: Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii (Schltr.) Water: Water thoroughly when the top two-thirds of the soil has dried out. Allow any excess water to drain away (keeping this plant sitting in standing water will lead to root rot.)

Light: Happy in bright, indirect sunlight.

Soil: Use a well draining potting soil.

Humidity: Mist often, or keep near a humidifier.

Fertilizer: Fertilize once a month using a dilute solution of liquid house plant fertilizer. Do not fertilize over winter months.
