Ingredients:

• 20% Kentucky Bluegrass
• 20% Certified Creeping Red Fescue
• 60% Certified Perennial Ryegrass

Seeding rate:

4lbs. per 1,000 sq.ft. (1kg. per 40 square meters)

Soil temperature must be 16-18 degrees Celsius for one week for proper germination. Water seed consistently for 14 days after planting. For best results:

• Water early in the morning
• Avoid puddles
• Do not let soil dry out

Overseeding regularly will help prevent weeds.
